Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Orders

1. Order Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the billing details such as phone number & email address provided during the order process. All phone numbers must be 10 digits long with no country codes in this format: “0242705605”.

2. Delivery Time

Please, note. This Bundle Service is not an Instant Bundle. Delivery time is usually within 15 minutes to 1 Hour but can take up to 3 Hours or more when there is critical Network Challenges.

3. No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders where a wrong phone number & email address has been provided, due to the nature of digital product delivery.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Topnet and its licensors.
